Big Kahuna BBQ Catering provides delicious sides, a variety of meats, and sliced French baggets with both our Big Kahuna Package and the Little Kahuna Package.

The Big Kahuna:

Our full service catering package. Includes delivery, set up, servers and cleanup.

The Little Kahuna:

Includes deliver and set up service.

Office Package:

Includes delivery and set up service. Choose 2 of our meats (excluding ribs) and 2 sides. Comes with sauce, sliced French baggets, plates and Utensils.

Big Kahuna BBQ is a locally owned restaurant proud to offer award wining BBQ. We cater functions of all sizes. Our catering packages are designed to meet the varied needs of any occasion or budget.

Ribs

Our own homemade dry rub St. Lois cut pork baby back ribs are smoked for 12 hours, cut in quarters, glazed with sauce, and grilled to perfection. The ribs are served with our homemade delicious BBQ sauce.

BBQ Beef Brisket

Our hearty beef brisket is smoked for 16 hours over fresh cut hickory and apple wood. Once finished, we trim the fat, and then chop it up and dish it out.

BBQ Pork Shoulder

Smoked 16 hours to tender perfection. Served with our homemade BBQ sauce to bring out the full flavor of the meat. Sure to please pig lovers everywhere.

BBQ Chicken

Chicken Hind Quarters tossed in our homemade dry rub. Grilled to perfection and then chopped to your liking.

Bahama Mama Hot Links

A spicy smoked sausage sliced. Served with our homemade BBQ sauce. Seems to be everyone’s favorite.
